Terms of use

Access

• The course catalog and instructor profiles are publicly viewable. Lesson content, resources, live-session links, notes and learning tools require an account and, unless a lesson is marked as a preview, an active enrollment.
• The platform is provided as-is for learning. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change as the academy develops.

Accounts and roles

• Anyone may register a free student account with a name and email address. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account.
• Instructor and administrator roles are assigned by the academy's administrators. Users cannot grant themselves privileged roles, and role changes are admin-controlled.
• Accounts can be deactivated by academy administration (for example on misuse), which blocks sign-in.
• One person, one account: use password reset if you lose access instead of registering again.

Enrollment and course access

• Enrollment is per account and per course — one seat each. Free courses enroll immediately; paid courses enroll when the provider confirms your payment (or, in development environments, when you use the clearly-marked development completion).
• Enrollment gives you access to that course's lessons, live sessions, discussions, resources and messaging with its instructor while your enrollment is active.
• Enrollments can be revoked by academy administration (for example in connection with a refund or misuse).
• Course content belongs to its instructor and the academy. Downloaded resources are for your own learning; you may not redistribute them.

Conduct

Keep interactions civil and on topic. Reviews, discussions, replies and messages are visible to other people (reviews publicly; discussions to enrolled learners; messages to their recipients and administration). Instructors and administrators moderate their courses, and message sending is rate-limited to prevent abuse.

Purchases — pending owner policy

Courses are sold as one-time purchases at the prices shown in the catalog; totals and coupons are validated server-side at checkout. Payments are taken on the payment provider's hosted page — card data never passes through this site.

Not yet in force: refund windows, cancellation rights, price-change handling and any purchase guarantees are commercial policies the academy owner must define and approve before paid launch. No such policy is offered on this page, and none should be assumed. In development environments, development completions create no payment and no entitlement outside that environment.

Certificates

Certificates are issued only when the server verifies you completed all lessons and passed the quiz requirements of a course. Each certificate carries a public verification code; anyone with the code can confirm what it says. A certificate confirms course completion — it is not an accredited qualification.

Changes and governing text

These terms reflect the platform as it works today and will be updated as it develops. A formally reviewed agreement should be approved by the academy owner before paid enrollments go live; until then this page is the best available statement of the actual conditions.
